Chewahh tajuk dasyat sangat kann...
Sejak january lalu aku sudah mula berdiet, bila aku sedar yang berat badan naik sangat melampau untuk seorang yang bujang seperti aku. Jadi sejak tu aku nekad untuk start diet.
Aku mula dengan diet Atkins, agak mendadak tapi itu sangat berkesan for me. Alissa my officemate jadi penasihat dan tempat aku merujuk since dia penah amalkan diet atkin ni for 4 years masa study averseas dulu.
Untuk diet atkins ni banyak sangat benda u tak bole makan n minum. almost everything...
Bukan setakat rujuk Alissa je, I also did research on internet.
Basically what I eat only egg, cheese, chicken, meat and salad without any sauce. And drink only plain water for the first 2 weeks. Prinsip atkin mudah je "No Carbohydrate No Sugar".
After 2 weeks plus I lost about 4kg, which is a good sign. I am lucky to have very supportive office mate who really encourage me and give moral support everyday. At the same time they are also diet, but not atkin like what I did.
Tapi sadis nya I only can stand for 1 month, lepas tu konon nyer nak rest kejap sebab raya cina.
Lepas tu semua kelaut, hangat2 tahi ayam je. Hahahaha....
But after all I lost about 4.6kg. Sejak tu da x timbang da sampai la hari ni.
Disebabkan aku mempunyai seorang kawan yang sangat supportive dan motivator yang hebat, I start healthy lifestyle which is we eat salad and chicken for lunch and no dinner. Then in the evening we went to jog at KLCC park wajib 3x a week until now.
